Après Paris en 2016, l'exposition "Passages, espaces de transition pour la ville du 21è siècle" de l'Institut pour la ville en mouvement / VEDECOM entame son itinérance mondiale avec une première étape en Chine.
En partenariat avec l'agence de paysagisme et de design Turenscape, et avec le soutien de l'Ambassade de France en Chine dans le cadre du Mois Franco-Chinois de l'Environnement, l'exposition Passages sera présentée à Pékin du 5 au 25 septembre 2017.
La scénographie, conçue par l'Agence Clémence Farrell, a été adaptée pour sa version chinoise par l’agence Turenscape, également partenaire, avec la revue Lanscape Architecture Frontiers, du programme de rencontres et de conférences. Le lieu d'accueil de l'exposition est le nouveau centre d'affaires Genesis Beijing.

S’ils ont façonné la ville historique chinoise, les passages constituent des outils de transformation rapide de la ville contemporaine, et qui facilitent à faible coût les mobilités quotidiennes.

Améliorer les mobilités de la ville de demain implique de combiner des interventions à faible coût (passages stratégiques, signalétiques, services et applis…) jusqu’à l’utilisation des nouvelles technologies de pointe (électriques, connectées, autonomes, nouvelles infrastructures…).

After Paris in 2016, the exhibition “Passages, transitional spaces for the 21st-century city” staged by the City on the move-VEDECOM institute is beginning its global tour with a first stop in China.
In partnership with the Turenscape landscape and design agency, and with the support of the French Embassy in China in the framework of the Franco-Chinese Month of the Environment, the Passages exhibition will be shown in Beijing from September 5 to 25, 2017.
The exhibition design, created by the Clémence Farrell Agency, has been adapted for the Chinese version by the Turenscape Agency which, along with the journal Landscape Architecture Frontiers, is also supporting the program of meetings and lectures. The hosting venue is the new Genesis Beijing business center.

Improving mobilities in tomorrow’s city means combining low-cost interventions (strategic passages, signage, services and apps…) with the use of leading-edge new technologies (electrical, connected, autonomous, new infrastructures…).
